Reialca Construction will sign a guarantee agreement with the client before the official delivery of the work.
Scope of Warranty: Reialca Construction guarantees the construction services performed for a period of 1 year from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials used in the construction of the project, in accordance with the quality standards established by the company.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover the following items:
to. Damage caused by negligence, misuse or lack of maintenance by the owner.
b. Damage caused by natural disasters, fires, floods or other events beyond the control of Reialca Construction.
c. Alterations or modifications made to the project by third parties not authorized by Reialca Construction.
d. Normal wear due to regular use.
Claim Procedure: To make the warranty valid, the owner must notify Reialca Construction in writing of any defect or problem covered by the warranty within the 1-year warranty period. Reialca Construction undertakes to inspect the reported problem and, if applicable, repair or replace the defective items in accordance with the terms of this warranty.
Limitation of Liability: In no event will Reialca Construction be liable for incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the performance of construction services or the application of this warranty, including, but not limited to, loss of income, loss of use, rental costs, or loss of personal property.
Geographic Coverage: This warranty is valid only for properties located within the geographic area of operation of Reialca Construction, unless otherwise agreed in writing between both parties.
Dispute Resolution: Any controversy or claim related to this warranty will be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If an agreement is not reached, the parties agree to submit to mediation, and if not resolved, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Utah, United States.
